Screen 18 is the top of the Robusta range — beans retained on an 18/64" (7.1 mm) screen. The large, uniform bean size roasts evenly and gives the deep body and thick crema that espresso blenders pay for.

Lots are dry-processed, sun-dried, then hulled, screen-graded and density-sorted before cupping. What we offer is what we ship.

Cup and use

• Cup: Heavy body, low acidity, dark chocolate and cereal notes, persistent crema.
• Typical use: Premium espresso blends, specialty Robusta programmes.
