Peaberry is a natural variation: a cherry that grows one round bean instead of two flat halves. Sorted out from the lot by shape, PB is prized for its density and concentrated flavour.

A small share of every crop, so offered in limited volume; cupped before offer like every grade.

• Cup: Concentrated sweetness, bright acidity, syrupy body.
• Typical use: Specialty single origin, limited releases.
