AB combines beans retained on the 15/64" and 16/64" screens. It is the bulk of a typical crop — the grade that gives roasters consistent volume with much of the AA cup character.

Same washing-station sourcing, milling and cupping as AA; offered by the container.

Cup and use

• Cup: Balanced acidity, medium body, sweet, clean and versatile.
• Typical use: Single origin and blends, filter and espresso.
